I am inclined to believe that there is no 26'th episode. None of the DVD releases claiming to be "the complete series" contain the episode, and neither did Netflix when it had the series. I believe this was vandalism that somehow made it to IMDB and such (a similar thing happened with Street Sharks in the past).
