Lack of notability--any reason to keep this article?[edit]

No inline cites and three external links--two dead and one to iMDB. Appears to fail WP:GNG and WP:NFILM. Can anyone improve this? --Hobbes Goodyear (talk) 02:13, 12 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Lack of inline citations is NOT a determinant of notability. WP:BEFORE to determine if WP:NRVE is met IS. The diligence of someone else improved the article. The film easily meets WP:NF. Sheesh. Schmidt, Michael Q. 10:18, 13 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I just asked a question. Do I have to WP:BEFORE before asking a question? As it happens, I did do some BEFORE before asking the question (and before tagging the article two years ago--I don't do driveby) and its notability did in fact look shaky to me, although I know that I set the bar higher for films than do you. And having done some BEFORE, I can tell you that Tokyogirl did a much more effective and efficient job at improving the article than I could have--turned me around completely. Do I think this should have been done under the threat of imminent deletion? No, which is why I did not nominate it or support that cockamamie AfD, even before article was improved. --Hobbes Goodyear (talk) 12:23, 13 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
