Mall Expansion[edit]

The upcoming expansion should be mentioned here. It's not speculation at all and is very well-documented. See their main site for all the facts. Jon914 09:03, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Westfield Content Change Request[edit]

Hello. My name is Erik Even, and I am a Web Producer for Westfield Corporation. We're concerned that many of the Wikipedia pages for Westfield centers have incorrect or outdated information, and even content that is not NPOV.

I have read the rules for Conflict of Interest, and I will not be attempting to make any page edits. I will simply be going into talk pages, and suggesting edits, which the community may then either act on or not. I genuinely appreciate any help you can give.

Our suggested text is below, which is meant to be the first paragraph.

Again, thank you for your help.

Westfield Valley Fair is a 1.5 million-square-foot, three-level indoor shopping mall in San Jose, California. It is owned by the Westfield Corporation. The center is located in the heart of Silicon Valley; the eastern portion of the mall is located in San Jose; the western portion is located in Santa Clara. Westfield Valley Fair is one of the largest malls in Northern California; it has the highest-sales volume in the state. Its anchor stores are Macy’s and Nordstrom. Westfield is planning a major expansion of the center, adding a Bloomingdale's, to be completed in 2017.
