Copyvio fixed[edit]

An earlier version of this article was (to my mind) a fairly clear copyright violation, so I tagged it as such. I've now completely re-written the text and removed the tag. Mitch Ames (talk) 03:50, 2 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

unions version[edit]

Resolved

This recent edit added note 4:

Mercer, F. R; Mercer, Frederick Royston; Farmers' Union of W.A (1955), On farmers' service : a short history of farmers' organisation in Western Australia, Farmers' Union of W.A, retrieved 26 September 2013 for the unions version of the history of the various groups mentioned here

I presume that "unions version" should have an apostrophe, but should it be:

union's version - one union (in which case, which of Wheat and Wool Growers' Union, or Farmers' Unions?), one version
unions' version - more than one union but with single common version of events
unions' versions - more than one union, each with there own version

  • Thanks for the query - the trove citation does not help with its apostrophe usage - I suspect just one union - the Farmers Union version. satusuro 14:04, 29 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I've [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Western_Australian_Farmers_Federation&diff=575116161&oldid=574981227 added the apostrophe accordingly. Mitch Ames (talk) 09:29, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
