– As the SEPTA West Trenton line is actively running and is not just a proposed line. Per page views and news coverage, it seems to be WP:PTOPIC. Unless the NJT line is to be an actively run line, it seems like the SEPTA line will be the Primary Topic going forward. TartarTorte 02:47, 26 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support - No need to disambiguate the SEPTA line when it is currently the only line with that name and not merely a proposal unlike the NJT line. Dough4872 03:02, 26 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. Clear primary topic. If and when the NJ Transit restoration moves forward, we can revisit this. Mackensen (talk) 11:22, 26 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed Renaming[edit]

There is currently a proposal to rename the line "The Ewing Line" 98.115.168.68 (talk) 18:05, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I can't find any coverage of this in WP:RS, but if the line's name is changed to the Ewing Line, it will be moved when the name change goes into effect. You can see an example of SEPTA line name changes going into effect at Talk:Media/Wawa Line#Move upon resumption of service to Wawa Station?. Best! TartarTorte 18:29, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
If you look it up on Google you will see what I am talking about. 98.115.168.68 (talk) 01:53, 10 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
All I have found is a petition to change the name, but it doesn't seem like any reliable sources are covering it and SEPTA has not commented on it. If there is information here that I am missing, please link me to it. Best! TartarTorte 14:17, 13 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Ask the mayor of Ewing Township. He will know what you are talking about. 98.115.168.68 (talk) 21:57, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I think the OP was suggesting a section be added to the article mentioning the name change proposal, not that the article be moved. Famartin (talk) 03:10, 19 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
A change.org petition probably isn't notable enough to mention in the article. Mackensen (talk) 04:37, 19 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
