At present, the article does not assert notability.

The closest thing to a specific standard seems to be that for organizations and companies: "A company, corporation, organization, team, religion, group, product, or service is notable if it has been the subject of coverage in secondary sources. Such sources must be reliable, and independent of the subject." The content of the article does not assert notability in any way that I can see and there is nothing noted here or elsewhere to claim notability.
