incomplete and misleading article[edit]

This article is a joke and was apparently created by an icebreaker buff as an excuse to write about icebreakers. It should be deleted unless completely rewritten. It talks about only one duty of the 39 regional shipping authorities, which are responsible for much more than keeping rivers free of ice. Based on a quick look at the German WP, they are apparently responsible for enabling, supervising, and securing shipping along/in all coasts and harbors and on all lakes, rivers, and canals in Germany, not just the Elbe and Oder. The article doesn't even mention that there is more than one such regional authority. --Espoo (talk) 15:27, 1 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
