Categorization[edit]

I have had difficulty categorizing this article. County Down is now in Northern Ireland but, between 1877 and 1915, it wasn't. Is there a Wikipedia policy on this? Biscuittin (talk) 19:56, 24 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
