I would like to see a section added to this article: a listing of software utilities that construct Warnier-Orr Diagrams.

I think Warnier-Orr Diagrams, Flowchart, and structure chart are all examples of visual design abstraction. Additionally, all of these visual design abstractions can be used in knowledge representation, such as representing computer programming languages. These opinions could serve as a basis for linking Warnier-Orr Diagrams in more places.

For some reason a bot seems to have deleted a few of the diagrams for copyright reasons. This is extremely annoying, as they are referenced from the text, and essential for understanding the concepts. Without diagram 13 for example, the elegant solution to parallel but conflicting abstractions is completely lost. Can someone please fix this, as I don't know where to retrieve the images? --Lasse Hillerøe Petersen 14:48, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like to add that I find it extremely odd, inconsiderate and unfortunate that just two of the diagrams -- which are the essence of this article about diagrams -- have been deleted. I can't find any copyright notice on any of the others, and I suspect the original contributor of the article may have created them by himself, and contributed them under the GFDL as the text of the article, or at least probably intended to do so. Would it be possible to dig them up from somewhere? Either that or put some notice here that all the diagrams should be replaced with ones of known status. I am tempted to shout "vandalism". I'd recreate them myself, but without the original examples it is difficult to make the missing diagrams as intended by the original contributor. Help, please. --Lasse Hillerøe Petersen 15:28, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, it's pretty pointless even having an article about a diagram-based model without visual examples. Mrstonky (talk) 02:46, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • I added a diagram that I made, but I have just now read the comments about previous diagrams. If anyone can find the originals, I would be happy to redraw them if necessary. Egmason (talk) 09:33, 29 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
