Song Theme?[edit]

It says: Apparently, this is not the first time the woman has been unfaithfull (Wake up call/Caught you in the morning with another one in my bed). How do we know that this is not the first time the woman has been unfaithfull? Just because it has the lyrics another one in my bed.
