Hey, they jut changed it to 105.7 the x rocks, so do i just leave this here and start a new one under that name? And if so, what should i call the new one? Temp

Keeping in mind that Wikipedia uses call signs, not brand names, for North American radio station articles, find out what 105.7's legal FCC call sign is. If it's still using WIXO, then just update this article with the new information; if it's adopted a new call sign, then use the "move" tab at the top of the article to move this article to the appropriate new title, and then update it at that title.
But a Google search for WIXO-on-99's web page redirects one straight to a 105.7 "New Tower! More Power!" splash page, so it's pretty clear that whatever call sign 105.7 is using, it's the legal inheritor of the WIXO license. So the proper Wikipedia process would be to expand this article with the new information — the only open question is whether you need to move this article to a new title or not, based on whether 105.7's legal call sign has changed or is still WIXO.
Based on the things I saw when Googling this, however, it looks like a few radio stations in the Peoria market area have been jumping around to different frequencies of late, so note that the radio station lists at Peoria, Illinois and List of radio stations in Illinois should also be updated with the recent changes. Fair use rationale for Image:OldWIXOLogo.jpg[edit]

Image:OldWIXOLogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:43, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
