Removed this section. Although it has the same name as the British company, its MVNO license is issued from ANACOM (Portuguese Communications Authority). ALL licences are given by ANACOM and Vodafone Directo is just a brand frem vodafone with low cost plans.Sotavento (talk) 20:19, 13 July 2009 (UTC)
