Seems to be a foreign language term for a genre that expands beyond that country... merge/retitle? Lithoderm 23:50, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have retitled the article based on terminology found in English published works on the topic. Doremo (talk) 20:25, 12 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Where is the third person?[edit]

In the image „Museum M Leuven, Sedes Sapientiae“ I see only two persons. Where is Saint Anne? I miss her. -- Spurzem (talk) 13:04, 10 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The text states that "Fourteenth century images of Saint Anne with the Virgin and Child were often modeled on the earlier Sedes Sapiientiae (Throne of Wisdom) motif," not that Sedes Sapiientiae is an example of the Virgin and Child with Saint Anne. Doremo (talk) 13:14, 10 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
