dear sir Viktor vekselberg and other leaders of UC RUSAL I'm writing this this letter to you concerning about the aluminum plant in Ewarton St Catherine Jamaica. I'm a worker at the plant and iv been working here for quite sometime now and to be honest with you we the employee's worked so hard and we maintain good accuracy in the plant also. we're not being treated well here as the workers we're being under paid, we don't get certain benefits, workers are being fired without explanation, the canteen is wack, the aluminum dust is blowing around to next door residents and remember that you've old people living in the areas around the plant also the plant needs to be maintained properly too much old equipment's and machines that isn't lasting for long, we as the hard working workers afto be making blood out of stone meaning fine a way to make things even when the equipment's are faulty or defective, we need proper and sustainable machines such as pumps, filters, generators, compressors, boilers, turbines, water treatment system, instrument valves we need those to run the plant properly more than using the same old defective equipment's. the workers need more attention, care and proper pay with benefits because we're working so hard to make your business successful so please help us give a care hand. thank you — Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.163.53.97 (talk) 15:58, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
