Old election info

I've done my best to dig up election info from the 90s and early 2000s, but its still really lacking. Most of this was attained by looking at archives of the Times Colonist from the day after e-day.

Unfortunately, very little was said of the 2011 and 2014 elections, and there was a federal election in 2011 which makes it harder. I think VCE was defunct by 2011, but can't actually find anything confirming this. Additionally I can't find anything for the 1987 election besides the Mayor, so I stopped there. Seems like there are newspapers from the era but they're not freely available.

Might create a page for the VCE, they were quite a power in Victoria politics, but literally nothing seems to have been written of them.
