I removed from "notable vicegerent"s:

"Vicegerent of Diocese of Rome does not mean that he is vicegerent in Rome. It means he rules "instead of Rome" (i.e., represents Pope) in some area, and, unlike, say, vicegerent of Henry VIII, who ruled England, this position is fairly nonnotable. mikka (t) 20:23, 2 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
