malfunctioning starting gate[edit]

On what basis does details of a tie 28 years later at a different venue in a different competition in a different country belong in this article? To my mind it's just padding up this article with irrelevancies. jnestorius^(talk) 19:32, 16 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It was 36 years later. This involved the venue itself that affected the results of the event. I do not think it was padding. Chris (talk) 20:26, 16 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
