Vasily Pavlovich SokolovVasily Sokolov – The only Vasily Sokolov with significant English coverage, see [1] and [2], [3]. The football coach has much less coverage [4]Kges1901 (talk) 12:51, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This is a contested technical request.  — Amakuru (talk) 13:07, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose - I think it would be better to leave this as a disambiguation page for a while, to see how the page views look. The searches above don't seem to determine conclusively that the major general, whose article was only just added today, is more WP:PRIMARYTOPIC than the football coach, who worked at Spartak, a top team for quite a while.  — Amakuru (talk) 13:07, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose - The Russian WP Disambig page lists 18 people including a Soviet ace, two Orthodox saints, a second hero of the Soviet Union and other notable people.--Catlemur (talk) 13:19, 27 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
