I propose to merge the Woolly bear page into this one. They are both the same species, just different stages of metamorphosis, Woolly Bear being the larval form and the beetle being the adult. Atrian 19:39, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Just commenting for a little closer on this post, but there are different kinds of wooly bear. The moth comes to mind more than the beetle, so the disambiguation seems appropriate for multiple species.
Found one on My bed and thought it was a ladybug![edit]
I thought the bug was a ladybug 🐞 so I was gonna take it outside. It most definitely after like 10 tries flew away! I'm in NY. I'm positive from the picture it was this bug but I didint read anything about them flying. 2603:7080:2B3C:E883:12F:D068:E2EE:8FE8 (talk) 01:51, 20 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
