Notability.[edit]
Does this pass the standards of AfD? I note that after being invited to extend the article its author did so, and was then summarily reverted by an obvious IP sock. That is not the way we should work.
This is an XML technology with almost no market share, takeup by other developers or any prominence within the field. Does it pass our standard for notability? That needs to be independent coverage, and my concern is that this hasn't ever received the level needed. As XML itself is facing such a downturn today, this isn't likely to happen in the future.
