Phonology on the grammar page?[edit]

The sections on vowels and consonants should probably be moved to the Uyghur Phonology page, but a lot of the information repeats, and it's formatted as paragraphs instead of phonology tables. It also defines several common linguistic terms and gives examples, like the reader has never heard of an order besides SVO. Would it be too destructive to just delete these sections?
