Ownership[edit]

The article currently says "The company was one of the largest shareholders in the Argentine company Ternium, accounting for 14.2% of total capital" but the Ternium article says that Ternium is a co-owner of Usiminas. This could represent a situation of reciprocal cross holdings, or it could just be a mistake in the direction of ownership.

It has recently been reported that Ternium will increase its stake in Usiminas pending approval by the Brazilian government, so both articles will probably need to be updated. 67.188.1.213 (talk) 14:04, 15 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
