Construction started/completed[edit]

The article states the years 2022 for construction start and 2028 for construction completion for this tower, but the information is entirely unsourced. Having followed this project for several years, I am pretty sure it is on indefinite hold and that no dates have formally been announced regarding its construction. CTBUH, which is generally considered a reliable source on such matters, gives no dates either [1]. I strongly suspect the dates 2022 and 2028 are entirely made up, and suggest they be removed from the article if no source can be provided. For now, Citation Needed tags have been added. That's a slight misunderstanding. That is a different tower in the same cluster. See the plans here, for instance: https://www.flickr.com/photos/140072241@N03/40085301110/.
