Saving fuel via minimal cabin pressurization?[edit]

Some anonymous IP wrote this:

"The lack of Oxygen [sic] due to saving fuel in compressing the thin air outside has its effect."

The anonymous author is unburdened by knowledge of the concept of "bleed air" and is perhaps prone to conspiracy theories. Furthermore, this claim cites no sources, so I'm deleting it.
