Last HBCU?[edit]

Since by definition to be a HBCU an institution had to have been founded prior to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and UVI was founded in 1962, is it correct to say that UVI is the last such institution founded? If so, shouldn't this be mentioned in the article? 2600:1004:B11D:8AA3:0:57:334D:E401 (talk) 21:29, 24 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
