"Public" or "state-related" in infobox and lede sentence?[edit]

JohnDorian48 has begun an edit war to change the description of this university in the infobox and lede sentence from "public" to "state-related." "State-related" is unique terminology used by some of the public institutions in Pennsylvania to try to capture the fact that most or all of those institutions were begun as private institutions and are now a kind of public/private hybrid. This isn't unique to these institutions or institutions in this state, however, and other sources readily classify these institutions as public e.g., IPEDS, US News & World Report. We should follow the lede of those sources and use the terminology that is familiar to our readers in the infobox and lede sentence with the nuance and legal details explained in the body of the article where we have room.
