So what in his view would happen.[edit]

"Over the next few years, Hassell used his position in the executive committee of the Central European Economic Congress to discuss with Allied officials what might happen after a possible coup d'état in Germany." So what did he propose ? I and I am sure others would be interested in his vision of post-war Europe and and Germany.
