Change of Page Title[edit]

Hello Wikipedia,

I'm a bit new to this so, please forgive me not knowing the correct protocol for this.

I was working on a page about a more recent ICJ trial between Ukraine and Russia (currently titled: Allegations of Genocide under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide) about acts of genocide which have been committed during the ongoing invasion.

I'm thinking about making this title shorter and similar to what is the title of this article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by RayaanIrani (talkcontribs) 20:45, 7 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I propose to move this article's title to become: Ukraine v. Russian Federation (2017) RayaanIrani (talk) 23:28, 7 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I agree. Radzy0 (talk) 23:34, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Dear all, for some reason it has been moved to -- (2019) instead of 2017. Any idea what happened? --Flycici (talk) 20:58, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Change of judge ad hoc[edit]

Recently the judge ad hoc of Russia changed from Leonid Skotnikov to Bakhtiyar Tuzmukhamedov. I wonder why. (Leonid Skotnikov is still a judge ad hoc in another ICJ case.) 2A02:3030:805:7DCA:C14:7390:27EF:7F6A (talk) 00:46, 21 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Extended-confirmed-protected edit request on 4 February 2024[edit]

Request to move this page to Ukraine v. Russian Federation (2017). The case was brought to ICJ in 2017, and the title with 2017 has also been discussed in the above. However, the editor eventually moved the page to "Ukraine v. Russian Federation (2019)" for some reason (typo?) --Flycici (talk) 12:23, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: page move requests should be made at Wikipedia:Requested moves. Sincerely, Guessitsavis (she/they) (Talk) 20:44, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the orientation! Request submitted. Best, Flycici (talk) 13:48, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
