Rationale for creation[edit]

With 141 incoming links he was high on Wikipedia:Most_wanted_articles - seems to be the main authority for a whole lot of fishes - and had been previously deleted as part of the clearup of articles created by a banned editor.Pam D 13:14, 25 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
