There appears to be no evidence for the story of the Romans planting an ash tree every two miles. This claim will be deleted soon unless a reference can be provided (e.g., from a reliable book). --Concrete Cowboy 16:58, 18 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

As no evidence has been provided in nearly three months, I have deleted it. If anyone can find supporting evidence, please reinstate. --John Maynard Friedman 12:45, 3 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Greg Rutherford visit to TMA middle school[edit]

I undid the addition of this link: Greg's Day at Two Mile Ash school from the article because it isn't obviously about TMA in general. I'm far from convinced it would even go in the Greg Rutherford article, because there too it was just a one-off incident. If we had an article about the school, we would certainly say that he is a former pupil and this would do perfectly as a citation to prove it. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 21:54, 13 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
