POV Vandals[edit]

Hi everyone. I just reverted an edit that tried to push POV. Looking at the edit history, this is not the first time that an IP editor has edited to push POV. D'Souza is described as a conspiracy theorist in his own article, and the claim is source with reliable sources. Far right[edit]

Calling him 'far right' seems to be an opinion and suggests a political bias on the part of Wikipedia. Would it be appropriate for Wikipedia to use the term 'far left' in its articles? To suggest something is far to one side or the other would suggest that Wikipedia takes a political position from which to base other viewpoints from. Hi! Thanks for commenting. Dinesh D'Souza is called far-right by multiple reliable sources, and is described as such on his own Wikipedia article (there are 6 citations there). He is well outside the mainstream of the Republican party/American conservatives. You will note that reliable sources don't describe people like Mitt Romney, John McCain, or Jordan Peterson as far-right. One might argue that they are, and they are all objectively conservative, but reliable sources don't call them far-right, so neither do we.
