Cleanup[edit]

The article as it stands has some problems. For instance, it begins by claiming:

It was the first real attempt at car production in Norway

This is positively wrong, something which seems to have turned out to be an urban legend in Norway. There were, especially before WW2, real car production in Norway, in a much more serious scale than the Troll. (This area could need an article, btw, I'll see what I can get time for). There was a major car factory in Kambo near Moss, Norway, for instance. Secondly, the article reads as if there was a conspiracy from the government that caused Troll to fail, when the truth of the matter was that Troll was really an idea, some parts collected from here and there, but never a real attempt at starting car production that could be taken seriously. -- Egil 21:25, 15 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Norwegian manufacturers[edit]

I was rather surprised to see that a perception common in Greece, also exists in Norway. Anyway, hoping that the writer of the article won't object, I have made a small correction to "one of few attempts" and have a added a couple of short articles about historic Norwegian manufacturers in the Category, as well as in the List of cars article.
