Mt. Hope or Tremont?[edit]

This is somewhat interesting. So upon looking through google maps, i confirmed that the boundaries for Mt. Hope match the description for this specific article, and upon looking at the Community Board 5 website, a "Tremont" neighborhood appears to not even exist and instead shows Mt. Hope. Should we perhaps create an entirely new section for Mt. Hope? or simply revamp this current article to match what we already know about Mt. Hope? I'm sorry for bringing this up but this is quite confusing. I'm honestly thinking we do the latter since everything in this current article appears to match Mt.
