Outdated[edit]

This article is seriously outdated, Tico taxis, for example, are now extremely rare in modern Lima. The Lima Metro and the Metropolitano are very popular nowadays, and are reshaping the way Limeños think about public transportation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cesarpez (talkcontribs) 06:46, 11 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Is this English?[edit]

"...has created the so-called "combi culture", which today is a synonymous of clandestinity."

A synonymous of clandestinity? What?? I can't even begin to imagine what it's supposed to mean. It's obviously meant to say "a synonym of clandestinity" or "synonymous with clandestinity", but that still doesn't make any sense. Tearing around the streets in vans and blasting salsa music isn't exactly clandestine. Can someone who knows about combis fix this? Kafziel 14:19, 15 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
