Too limited[edit]
The article is limited to data entry issues. Transcription errors occur whenever data is copied, including replication of DNA; n fact such errors are a cause of mutation. Better definition of this type of error needed[edit]
The article says that transposition errors are not transcription errors, but from the information provided I'm having a tough time understanding why that is. —Scorchgeek (talk) 16:17, 14 April 2015 (UTC)

Instead of : 23 August
