Untitled[edit]

Who says that the tramway system in Leipzig is now bigger than Saint Petersburg? Leipzig is even smaller than Berlin. Vienna is bigger than both. In my opinion, the largest tramway networks are in Upper Silesia, Melbourne, Vienna. I'm not sure which of them is bigger than Saint Petersburg now.

It's also necessary to define what length means. It can be all tracks or lines or something else. --Stefan

System length[edit]

I'm trying to find the total length of track in St Petersburg. This article says 220Km, without any references. The Russian language page says 500Km, and has references, but I can't be sure if it is talking about the total length of all routes, the total length of track, or the total length in passenger service. Can anyone help? Bramley (talk) 12:46, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
