Refimprove and citation-needed templates[edit]

For years, until I fixed it today, this article has referred to a "Sir Winston Churchill Reservoir". That term was added in an anon edit.[1] But the City of Toronto website never calls the reservoir that.[2] Instead, it calls it the "St. Clair Reservoir" in at least half a dozen cases.[3] I am adding {{citation needed}} templates to all the other names in the article. Once people add citations, we'll know the names are probably right. Cheers, Unforgettableid (talk) 05:41, 2 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I added some references for the water and wastewater plants today from the Toronto Water website and removed the {{citation needed}} templates from them. I didn't look for references for the reservoirs and pumping stations listed in tables in the articles. Another thing I did was to reorganize the content to conform to the way the water actually cycles through the system: treatment, then distribution, then storage, then wastewater treatment. I'm also going to try to add some internal links where appropriate. Cheers! D Scott 86 (talk) 00:51, 24 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
