ElizabethGStone, could you please provide a source to back up your edit that Tony was born in 1961. This date seems very unlikely if you have ever watched episodes of The Odyssey; Flash's character, played by Tony, does not look 31 years old, despite the show debuting in 1992. A birth year of 1981, which you changed to 1961, is far more likely despite not having a source. Elnauron (talk) 03:26, 18 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Change of careers sourced to a Spotify post[edit]

I recently reverted an edit too quickly. Though before self-reverting, I looked at everything more closely. The claim that he retired from the entertainment industry to work in the oil-sand fields in Fort McMurray seems to be ultimately sourced to a post by Tony Sampson on Spotify. So I've found a discussion at Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard/Archive 289#Formally make Spotify a "generally unreliable" source? which is only somewhat convincing about not using it in bios. One editor commented it should fall under WP:SELFPUBLISH and WP:SELFSOURCE which give different impressions on how to handle it.
