Just a First Draft[edit]

We still need to add links to this from Abramoff, DeLay, etc etc.

Furthermore, this article is a bit out of date, because Rudy is specifically noted in Abramoff's indictment as "Staffer A." Someone needs to go back to that plea agreement, get the specific allegations, and report them here.

A good source in addition to the plea agreement is this Wash Post article Sholom 04:15, 3 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I also want to note that this first draft was copied, in whole, from http://www.disinfopedia.org/index.php?title=Tony_Rudy. As they are also under a GNU/Copyleft Licence, my understanding is that this is perfectly acceptable, at least regarding copyrights go. Somebody please let me know if I've done anything improper. UMass Amherst[edit]

This article obviously needs a bio paragraph or two. Rudy attended University of Massachusetts and made such a huge impact there, along with his group of people, who formed a campus repa group just like Abramoff did at Brandeis, a few dozen miles to the east.--McTrixie 04:29, 1 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds great, but we need a verifiable source on that... I tried a few google searches and couldn't find anything good on his career at UMass. Here's a blog, but we can't use that as a Wikipedia source in this case. KWH 05:15, 1 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Is your phrase "campus repa group" a typo? Rudy was a leader of Young Americans for Freedom at UMass, and was actually on the national board of YAF until February 1989. On the other hand, I think that "nastiest person" is POV and unacceptable for Wikipedia use no matter what sort of "verification" you might have. - Lawrence King 19:04, 5 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Is "Suspension of Virginia Law License" overkill?[edit]

Is "Suspension of Virginia Law License" a bit of overkill? Do we really need to note each time a convicted felon lost his law license? -- Sholom 18:39, 21 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
