The Clash[edit]

Is this worth a mention?

Also someone should add the Howard Stern interview he did where Stern clearly insulted him repeatedly and in the end Tom Snyder angrily detaches the mic and walks away leaving a cocky Stern smiling.

The Charles Manson thing can't be right. Someone's trying to pull a collective Wiki leg.

He did interview Charles Manson in 1981.Bronayur 17:46, 6 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

And interviewed him damn well. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.138.199.155 (talk) 20:24, 24 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Irmsnider.jpg[edit]

Image:Irmsnider.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 07:41, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AP Obituary[edit]

The AP obituary seems to have been completely plagiarized from Wikipedia page. http://www.cnn.com/2007/SHOWBIZ/TV/07/30/obit.snyder.ap/index.html

colortini.com in archive.org[edit]

Links to http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.colortini.com/ didn't work because of a Flash splash/welcome screen that is now inoperative. The site was constructed with the inside home page at http://www.colortini.com/h_index.html where it remains accessible (and it appears this aspect of the site's structure remained consistent during its life). I updated the text (removing the discussion about the site's inaccessibility via archive.org) and the external link. It didn't seem appropriate to spell out this technical detail in the article, so it's here in case anybody wonders why. Jeffreykopp (talk) 00:08, 29 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Tom Snyder Photo[edit]

Someone please find a pic of this guy. We all know if he were alive today he would give one to the article.

He was a Wiki type guy and a great person. He deserves a pic. Rainbow-five (talk) 03:23, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
