Untitled[edit]

What did this guy do in Iraq? How did he earn his Combat Action Badge? The guy was a JAG Officer not an infantry officer, and only appeared to be in the theatre for 90 days. His resume appears to be really inflated, especially the copy on the DOJ website. I am wondering what Commander/Command issued him his Iraq award(s)? Anyone going to post the info?

US Attorney Appointment[edit]

I am going to remove this line and link at the end of US Attorney Appointment: "He was hand selected by Rove to be a US Attorney." The corresponding link is dead, and the sentence itself is more inference than a provable fact. --Goosedoggy 20:02, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • I checked the link, and it is alive and well, and a number of other sources will affirm the statement as well. I've restored the citation. -- Yellowdesk 21:28, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Caging Controversy[edit]

Monica Goodling's testimony mentioned him as being behind vote caging, in which, allegedly, African American soldiers were disenfranchised from their absentee votes being counted.

Evidence:

Monica Goodling's testimony: http://youtube.com/watch?v=oBonSaPSRuQ (she mentions Tim Griffin from 1:15 to 1:30).

One of the famous deleted E-mails destroyed by Karl Rove. Please look at the attachment "Caging-1.xls" to see a list of the 1834 allegedly disenfranchised African American soldiers:

Prior to 2004[edit]

"From March 2001 through June 2002 he was Special Assistant to the Assistant Attorney General Michael Chertoff." Ashcroft was AG at that time. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Strangely enough (talkcontribs) 19:07, 6 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
