Definitely, he's a central figure in the London Riots this month and top of the Metropolitan Police heap for the time being. If anyone can assimilate the gist of http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1339896/Scotland-Yards-No2-leaves-wife-affair-widow-friend.html into the article it will add substance, too. 2 spells as Acting Commissioner?[edit]
