Fox 11 Los Angeles claimed that in 2019, Blacknell said, "Prison is obsolete. We need to reimagine America without it."

I'm asking for people to please be on the lookout for any fact checking or more reliable sources for this alleged quote. If we can reliably source the quote, it should definitely be added to the article.

The best practice for writing articles is to find the most reliable sources on a topic first, not to identify a juicy soundbite and then go hunting for sources to support it. This is especially the case for biographies of living persons. —Sangdeboeuf (talk) 01:05, 18 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
