What is that alcoholic beverage called, where you add hot water to a mug full of fermented millet and drink through a metal straw?

I suggest that this site is cleaned up. For this I think that following system would be very good:
1. Kitchen items
2. Etiquette
3. Foodstuffs
4. Meat dishes and their consumption
5. Conservation and vitamin content
6. Dishes
6.1. Bread and Tsampa
6.2. Tea and other beverages
6.3. Momo and pates
6.4. Meat and poultry
6.5. Soups and stews
6.6. Vegetables
6.7. Snacks
6.8. Dips and sauces
6.9. Sweets and pastries

It would be great to have an editor come through this page and change the sentence order to a normal English order.
