Harry Innes Thornton[edit]

Maybe some more information can be added to the article regarding Harry Thornton. There was a Harry I Thornton who was a Civil War officer. Was it the same Harry Thornton? The Harry Thortnon of the Thorton family of Thornhill plantation was born in 1848. Did the confederate regiments really have Captains and Majors that young? Or would it be a different Harry Thornton? I found the answer to my own question. James Innes Thornton, who built the plantation, had a brother named Harry Innes Thornton. 206.192.35.125 (talk) 13:22, 26 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
