Peter Davison - Beryl Reid story source[edit]

I note that Peter Davison's autobiography Is There Life Outside The Box? is cited as one of the sources for the story that his episode was to end with Beryl Reid, but no page number is given. I did not recall reading this in the edition I have and looking through it again I have been unable to find any mention of this or the fact it eventually ended with his aunt. Thus unless this is in a different edition (though mine has the same publication date as the one cited here), I wonder if someone is confusing sources here?
