One Leg dog[edit]

==One-legged dog==
The song's lyrics were the source of blog chatter, criticizing Springsteen's apparent slip:
“ Have you ever seen a one trick pony in the field so happy and free?
If you’ve ever seen a one trick pony then you’ve seen me
Have you ever seen a one-legged dog making his way down the street?
If you’ve ever seen a one-legged dog then you’ve seen me

Several bloggers questioned whether or not Springsteen meant or should have sung "three-legged dog" instead of "one-legged dog," due to the unlikelihood that a "one-legged dog" could "[make] his way down the street." A three-legged dog on the other hand is quite typical and an iconic example of a disabled animal —one that is still largely ambulatory and not completely immobile. The Press Democrat's pop blog wrote: "is there such a thing as a one-legged dog? We've all seen three-leggers and bi-peds with the scooter action. But a monopod?"[4] Some bloggers posted created images depicting the mysterious "one-legged dog."The one-legged dog could also be a reference to a one legged man, or could be in keeping with the theme of the song where all its characters have only one thing left to keep them going.

The section had a link to a blog run by Press Democrat, which is fine. But the premise of the existence of the section is "source of blog chatter". First of all, the Press Democrat link didn't say that several blogs were covering it.. they linked to a msg board. Regardless, the fact that bloggers are writing about a subject does not make it worthy for inclusion on an article. See blogs are reliable sources and verifiability.
