is this movie really in the public domain? what is the reference to the true events in nevada that this movie is based on

M4S replica[edit]

It's obvious from just watching the movie that at least one replica shell was made for a head on crash. The car disintegrates on impact, there's nothing left but chunks of fiberglass and the wheels can be seen mounted to minimalistic, lightweight 1" square tube frames.
