Infobox[edit]

After a request that was made at Wikipedia:Requested moves/Technical requests, the title of this article has been changed to reflect the movie's title in English. With that being done, I recommend that a poster featuring that title be added to the infobox. ---DOOMSDAYER520 (TALK|CONTRIBS) 14:55, 14 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Why are users suddenly advocating to replace information on film articles in favour of later English-language releases? The poster should be from the film's original theatrical release, per template documentation. I'm not sure why so many users seem to be trying to skirt these template and community standards all of a sudden. Did something change that I missed? The naming conventions for film articles tells us to use the title more commonly recognized by English readers. That is a separate guideline. I'm not seeing any changes that suggest we now translate the same guideline of "Under which it has been released in cinemas or on video in the English-speaking world" into also altering every film poster away from the original theatrical release.
