Divides fans?[edit]

Funny, I regually hear people saying its the best of the Asterix films hands down. Anyone care to cite reviews of those that disliked the movie just because of its limited animation? --ACE Spark 19:39, 9 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Book version only available...?[edit]

When discussing the books version of the film, the article says

"The English translation, only published as part of the once off comic book annual Asterix Annual 1980,[7] was based on the dialogue of the English version of the film and was titled Asterix Conquers Rome."

Are we absolutely sure of that? I have a distinct recollection of reading a book called "the twelve tasks of Asterix" that I got out of the library as a child, in a similar format to the other books. It had a cover identical to this one (except in English rather than Portuguese!) http://www.asterix.com/bd/albs/f3br.jpg
